Hayden launched his career with Wealth Enhancement in 2022, serving on the Carroll Team as a trading associate. In his current role, he works with families and individuals to deliver holistic wealth management services, developing customized financial plans designed to support their long-term retirement goals. Hayden’s strengths are combining technical investment and tax knowledge with a practical, client-focused mindset. He focuses on simplifying complexity, helping clients understand not just what we do, but why.
Hayden lives in Charlotte, North Carolina where he enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and cheering for the Charlotte 49ers.
