Luke launched his financial services career in 2025 at Strategic Financial Partners beforeassuming his current role with Wealth Enhancement. In this role he collaborates with a team of financial advisors to provide high-net-worth families and individuals with holistic wealth management services and customized financial plans designed to enable them to achieve their long-term retirement goals.

Luke is an Associate Financial Advisor who joined the AMR team in May 2026. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2022 and graduated from Ave Maria University with a degree in finance. Originally from Braintree, Luke moved to Cape Cod in 2017.

Zach launched his career in financial services in 2020 with Prudential and, subsequently, with the Financial Perspectives company, before assuming his current role as an Associate Financial Advisor with the Hess-Bishop team at Wealth Enhancement. He works with his team of financial advisors to provide families and individuals with holistic wealth management services and customized financial plans designed to enable them to achieve their long-term retirement goals.

Amy partners with clients, taking an individualized, plan- led approach to wealth management which helps her clients make informed decisions. She takes time to understand her clients’ financial goals and stage of life before making investment recommendations and builds tailored portfolios that integrate investments, tax strategies, and estate planning.

After college, Jonathan worked as an EMT, then transitioned into the financial services industry in 2024 as a financial advisor. In his current role with Wealth Enhancement, he works closely with senior advisors and branch office staff to manage client relationships, assist with financial planning, monitor investments, and execute trades, all while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Sam joined the industry in 2023 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Finance degree. As an Associate Financial Advisor he focuses on co-managing client portfolios, reviewing their overall financial situations, and providing clients with advice to assist them in meeting their financial goals under the guidance of an experienced Wealth Manager. Sam recently purchased a home in Appleton with his wife Kristin.
