Justin is a recent graduate who joined Wealth Enhancement as an associate financial advisor. He previously worked for two years as an investment associate at Kendall Capital, where his primary responsibilities were focused on portfolio management. While working with his team’s clients, Justin is able to leverage his problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, along with his experience in investment research.

Before starting his career in financial services, Christopher spent five years in the Marine Corps as a signals intelligence language analyst. He subsequently joined First Republic Bank as a clientservice associate, before joining Wealth Enhancement as an associate financial advisor. With hisbackground in military intelligence, Christopher brings a strong set of analytical and planning skills to his work with his team’s clients.

Rex launched his career in financial services in 2013, starting as an analyst in private equity, followed by positions in securities trading at Pershing/BNY Mellon.

Tony has been a financial advisor at Wealth Enhancement Group since June of 2025. He graduated summa cum lade from Bentley University in 2019 where he earned Bachelors of Science in both Actuarial Science and Business Administration, with a minor in psychology.

Leanne began her career in financial services in 2015 as a client services manager. After gaining her securities licenses, she transitioned to a role as a registered client relationship manager and associate financial advisor on the Gavin team with Wealth Enhancement. She is a dedicated, detail-oriented professional who leverages her analytical skills to ensure all clients receive the highest level of service.

From an early age, Max was taught to be financially responsible and later discovered his passion for financial planning and helping others reach financial confidence. He began his career in wealth management in 2022 and joined Wealth Enhancement in 2024. Max is all about building lasting relationships and helping clients feel confident about their financial future. 

Antonio’s passion for financial planning was born from personal experience, growing up in a household where money was often a source of stress. That early exposure inspired him to learn how to manage finances effectively and ultimately pursue a career helping others gain clarity, confidence, and control over their financial lives. Before transitioning into financial planning, Antonio was an intern with Charles Schwab.

Carlos launched his career in financial services in 2020, beginning as a registered rep with New York Life, before joining The Retirement Group in 2021 as an operations manager working with six financial advisors. He has been with Wealth Enhancement since 2024, where he focuses on corporate employee financial planning, is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing operations, and helping with new business development for the Mavar team.
