After earning his BS in Economics with a Political Science minor from Louisiana State University, he began his career as a Planning Intern and quickly advanced to Financial Planning Associate before becoming an Investment Advisor. Before becoming a financial advisor, he led global product launches at a multinational consumer goods company, gaining experience in finance, strategy, and operations.

Since joining L. M. Kohn & Co. in 2021 as a financial advisor, Sam has gained broad experience in the wealth management industry — from trading equities, options and fixed income, to overseeing money transfers, account openings and the administration of trusts and estates.
