Lyda supports the day-to-day needs of the team by assisting in the collection and processing of client data and deliverables. She also tracks and reports on the preparation and completion of over 700 tax returns throughout the course of the year. She has worked in the customer service industry for over 15 years, giving her the ability to interact and manage internal and external relationships. Lyda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children during her spare time.
