Kara brings over 25 years of financial expertise and operational excellence to the QCI Team. She leads the areas of portfolio accounting and document management and enhances our external relationships by creating high-quality experiences for both clients and vendors. A graduate of SUNY Brockport, she previously worked as an Assistant Corporate Controller at LeChase Construction Services, LLC. Kara joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the QCI acquisition.

Lorie is an investment professional with over 30 years in the financial services industry. In her role as Operations Director, Lorie oversees all things operations, management, compliance, and client services. She enjoys working directly with clients, getting to know them on an individual basis and providing them with a personalized service and experience that exceeds expectations. She is also a Notary Public.

Kim brings over 20 years of financial services experience to her role including her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from St. John Fisher College. Kim went to QCI after 14 years with Manning & Napier Advisors where she was the Managing Director of their Client Services Department. Prior to Manning & Napier Advisors, she served as a Branch Manager for JPMorgan Chase. She joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the QCI acquisition.

Nicole’s career in financial services to-date has focused on strategic initiatives. She does this by aligning progress with meeting goals and achieving benchmarks. She analyzes goals and data, ensuring follow-through and maintaining the momentum needed to drive company initiatives. She will continue to showcase these abilities in her role as Operations Director with Wealth Enhancement Group. Nicole joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2022 through the Hawkins Wealth Management acquisition.
