Scott L. Maxwell, CFP®, is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Wealth Enhancement Group with more than 30 years of experience in the financial planning industry. His career began in 1993 as a Registered Representative with a national investment company, where he discovered his passion for helping individuals and families build strong financial foundations.

James Sager, CFP®, ABFP™, is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Wealth Enhancement with over 20 years in the industry. Prior to taking on the responsibility and privilege of working directly with clients, James’s early career was spent with FocusPoint Solutions, Inc., where he worked closely with fee only financial advisors as a relationship manager before moving into the role of Director of Implementation and Development.

Rodney Cook, CFP®, CEPA®, is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at Wealth Enhancement Group with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate life’s most meaningful financial transitions. From designing sustainable retirement income strategies to guiding business owners through the complexities of exiting their companies, Rodney brings clarity, warmth, and strategic foresight to each client relationship.

Jonathan came to Wealth Enhancement with a broad background in wealth management. He launched his career with Merrill Lynch in 2007, subsequently joined AllianceBernstein as an advisor, and later served as a senior vice president at US Trust. Most recently, he worked with Clarendon Private Bank consulting with their registered investment advisors.
