Drawing from a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Michael serves as Financial Advisor in Wealth Enhancement’s New York City office. An Investment Advisor Representative since 2017, Michael has previously held advisory roles with other top RIA firms.

Damah brings strategic insight, genuine care and high-performance energy to her role as a financial advisor with Wealth Enhancement. Han’s passion drives him to help clients achieve what matters most to them from funding life’s goals to leaving a meaningful legacy. With a structured approach rooted in his engineering background, Han views financial planning and investment management as a system—one that can be optimized to reflect each client’s unique goals, values, and life circumstances. 

Chris began his career in the industry as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in 2015. As a Certified Financial Planner and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor, he specializes in high-net-worth tax, investment, and estate planning, helping clients minimize their taxes and build strong income strategies for retirement through comprehensive financial planning.

Bob has been part of the financial industry since 1999. Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement Group, he held positions with Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and most recently, Johnson Financial Group, Inc out of Milwaukee. Named a Rising Star in Wealth Management in 2022 by BizTimes Milwaukee, Bob specializes in lifetime and legacy financial planning for high-net-worth clients. He focuses on his client’s values and implements customized strategies to align with those values.

Christopher has been in the wealth management industry since 2009, working as a financial analyst and senior financial consulting manager, and is experienced in formulating financial plans for high net worth individuals and institutional clients. He’s driven by a desire to give his clients peace of mind as they look towards the future, working to identify their financial goals and create plans that work to meet their objectives.

Meet the Lighthouse Team Jonathan earned an Economics degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and embarked on a fulfilling career in the financial services industry, beginning with the trading desk at a large online broker. Since then, he has enjoyed steady progress and success. He joined the Lighthouse team in 2017, which later became part of Wealth Enhancement.

Rick began his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand and then served as the Chief Financial Officer with Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Funds (RREEF). In 2006, he established Lifetime Legacy Services, a boutique financial services firm specializing in real estate, concentrated wealth strategies and legacy planning.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services with Marcum Wealth — and now, in his current position as a financial advisor with Wealth Enhancement, Michael provides financial planning and investment management services for his clients.  In his free time, Michael is involved with the local Boy Scout Troop in Brunswick, Ohio.

Ben began career as a U.S. fixed-income research analyst at SEI Investment Company where he spent five years analyzing, evaluating and developing fixed-income strategies to support institutional investment portfolios. In 2021, he became a financial advisor at Marcum Wealth.
