How we work: our referral process

    Submit your referral

    Please complete the Advice Documentation and SAN Referral in Salesforce. A SAN Referral notification will then be delivered to us. A member of our team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of the referral and discuss scheduling or next steps.

    Introduction appointment

    Here’s what your client can expect at our introductory meeting.  

    We will: 

    • Discuss your client’s values and goals
    • Talk about areas where your client may need assistance
    • Uncover potential areas where we can make your client's plan more efficient
    • Discuss life milestones that may present opportunities to revisit their plan
    • Explain how our 3-Step UniFi™ process can help your client 

    Review key aspects of your financial plan, including: 

    • Investment Management
    • Financial Planning
    • Retirement Income Planning
    • Estate Planning
    • Tax Strategies
    • Risk Management & Insurance 

    Document collection

    Your clients will be asked to upload their investment statements, tax returns, estate documents (if applicable), and our UniFi questionnaire using secure document-sharing channels (prospect portal or secure link).

    Plan presentation meeting

    Our team will develop the client’s preliminary plan. It usually takes one to two weeks to craft a thoughtful, customized plan.

    The Regional Vice President and Financial Advisor will meet with the client to walk through the plan, focusing on discoveries, ideas, and initial recommendations. 

    Onboarding

    When the client agrees to hire us, we begin the onboarding process. The RVP completes the client's transition to their long-term financial advisor. Throughout this journey, our team will keep you updated. Your active involvement will help to streamline this transition. Thank you for partnering with us!
