Thomas brings a decade’s worth of experience serving clients with investment research, portfolio construction, trading, financial planning, and business development. With the Financial Advisory Group, he was the Chief Investment Strategist, serving on its Investment Committee before joining Wealth Enhancement Group with the rest of his colleagues in 2024.

Steven brings 15 years of experience in the financial industry, including roles in commercial banking, insurance, and tax preparation prior to taking on investment management responsibilities in 2012. As Chief Investment Officer of The Financial Advisor Group, he led the firm's investment research, asset allocation, and trading activities before bringing his skills to Wealth Enhancement Group in 2024.

Ryan is a Financial Advisor and a CFA® charterholder specializing in high-net-worth families and next generation financial planning. He brings 10+ years of expertise in various roles to deliver tailored guidance for client’s retirement and investing goals. We aim to educate and elevate our client’s understanding of their financial situation and long-term goals through innovative solutions and generational wealth strategies.

Austin began his career in financial services in 2013, and since then he’s gained invaluable experience in the roles of Financial Advisor, Investment Operations Specialist and Portfolio Manager. His knowledge of portfolio management as well as trading expertise make him a huge asset to our team to serve clients well. Austin and his wife, Kayla, currently reside in Houston, TX. They are both fans of the outdoors including hiking, camping and fishing.

Kevin has been advising clients since 2002, and his focus has always been to provide prudent and objective guidance to his clients. He enjoys working with individuals across all stages of the financial planning spectrum, whether they be a recent retiree or a younger person just beginning to plan for their financial future. Kevin helps his clients to identify, plan for, and ultimately work toward their financial goals. Kevin and his wife, Kelly, live in Charlotte with their three daughters.

Blake joined Wealth Enhancement Group through the North American Management merger, where he was Chief Operating Officer from 2009 - 2021 and managing day-to-day operations and wealth advisory services. Prior to joining North American Management, he managed the operations department for Mintz Levin Financial Advisors, where he also served as a member of the investment committee. Before that, he oversaw the operations of Acadian Asset Management, an institutional investment firm.

With more than 25 years of experience in the investment management field, Jon not only advises clients but also leads the Fulton, MD team of advisors. He is a member of the Investment Policy Committee for Wealth Enhancement Group as well as the Investment Advisory Committee. Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement Group, Jon served 14 years as the Chief Investment Officer for Planning Solutions Group. His background also includes working as a research analyst, where he recommended securities to b
