Robert has been a leader in the financial services space for many years, most recently as Managing Director of Wealth Management at BPU Investment Management. He works with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans that address all stages of life while incorporating estate and income tax planning.

Prior to joining the financial sector, Roger was a partner in his family’s franchise restaurant business for 15 years – growing from one to six restaurants. After the restaurants were sold in 2001, Roger transferred his business and investment experience to working with individuals as a financial advisor. Roger joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the Vivid Financial Management acquisition.

Jason worked for firms like Chase Financial Services and BNY Mellon before joining Wealth Enhancement Group. He takes pride in providing individual and institutional clients with sound advice, addressing their short-term and long-term financial goals. Jason enjoys collaborating with his colleagues and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Anita focuses on overall wealth management, as well as retirement and estate planning. She enjoys helping clients define their financial goals and creating plans that work toward achieving them. Prior to joining the finance industry, Anita worked in the medical field which helped her develop an ability to truly connect with the individuals she serves. She is involved locally with elections and voting rosters, and in her free time enjoys reading non-fiction and exploring genealogy.

Larry’s extensive career in financial services has allowed him to witness monumental moments in the industry, including when the OPEC oil embargo caused the DOW to drop nearly in half and the monumental day when 10 million shares were first traded. He enjoys working with clients who are just beginning their careers, as well as high net worth individuals.

From the time he graduated high school, Mitch knew what he wanted to do: help people achieve financial independence. Along the way, he worked for two large financial corporations before joining Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021. Helping people has always been a passion of Mitch’s, and he feels blessed to have the opportunity to apply his knowledge and compassion in effort to assist clients prepare for their financial future.

Prior to joining the Wealth Enhancement Group as a financial advisor, Jason held positions with AXA Equitable Life Insurance and the Levy Wealth Management Group. As part of his advisory practice, he provides comprehensive wealth management services, including retirement planning, for a diverse group of clients.Jason and his wife, Alissa, have two daughters, Brianna and Ashlynn. In his free time, Jason, an avid Philadelphia sports fan, enjoys golf, camping and fishing.

Stephanie meets with existing and prospective clients to review their assets and provide ongoing investment guidance. Every relationship begins with a prospective client looking for investment guidance. From there the relationship develops into far more. She believes the client-advisor relationship goes beyond investment consulting. She wants to understand how each client values their money to create a plan that is best for them and their family.

Brett’s client-centric approach to planning focuses on education, advocacy, and coordination of individuals’ goals for themselves and their families. Brett has worked extensively on an individual basis with university professionals. This group includes professors, deans, and provosts at campuses across the United States. He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.

Devan began her career in financial services working with a small business lender before transitioning to wealth management, holding a variety of roles on the team which allowed her to gain an in-depth perspective on all aspects of the client experience. She is also a Five Star Wealth Manager (2023) award winner.*
