Wealth Enhancement is pleased to announce Laura Mattia, Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor, has been named Thought Leader of the Year in the RIAs with More than $10 Billion in AUM category in the 2025 ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Awards.
This award honors individuals who have gone above and beyond in leading a firm that has introduced a new approach or framework to their segment of financial services that address their clients in a novel way via insights that can, ideally, be shown to have both qualitatively and quantitatively impacts.
Laura has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to founding Atlas Fiduciary Financial in 2020 and joining Wealth Enhancement in 2024, she held leadership roles as both Controller and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at various organizations.
She is deeply involved in the Sarasota, Florida community, serving on the board and investment committee of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County and founding the Women’s Money Empowerment program at the Women’s Resource Center. A passionate advocate for women in finance, she is the author of Gender on Wall Street and host of the Money Matriarchs podcast. Laura is also a frequent media contributor, conference speaker, and longtime educator who helped establish the CFP® program at the University of South Florida.
