About Michelle
Michelle joined Wealth Enhancement in 2023, bringing deep experience in sales leadership, innovation, and growth. Since joining the firm, she has played a key leadership role in accelerating Wealth Enhancement’s expansion, helping drive over 35% year-over-year new money growth through strategic sales leadership, advisor enablement, and scalable growth initiatives.
An early AI pioneer within the organization, Michelle has helped advance the firm’s adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance advisor productivity, client experience, and decision-making. She also helped launch a firmwide mentorship program, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to developing talent and building future leaders.
Michelle has worked in financial services since 2007, with experience spanning advisory, sales leadership, and firm-building roles at Fisher Investments and Personal Capital (acquired by Empower in 2020), where she helped scale a digital wealth management platform and served on the Investment Committee and DEI Council.
Michelle lives in San Mateo, California with her spouse, two children, and her dog - and running companion - Seamus. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and hosting gatherings of all kinds.
