The Client Service Specialist has a critical role within our team. Kelly’s duties include a wide range of client relations and service operations to help ensure our clients have a wonderful experience.
Although now a long-time resident of Michiana, Kelly is originally from Ithaca, NY and is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hospitality Management. She has an impressive service background in the financial, accounting, education and commercial security/life-safety fields, and is an indispensable member of the Guidance team.
Kelly resides in Niles, MI with her family and enjoys traveling, sporting events, and spending time enjoying outdoor activities with friends.
