John McSorley

Early in his career as an investment advisor representative, John concentrated on improving education and advisory processes to better serve retirement plan participants, and to better assist plan sponsors with managing these plans. Later, as the co-founder and managing partner for Guidance Wealth, he worked with private clients and headed the qualified plan development team. In his current position as a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor with Wealth Enhancement, John continues to leverage his experience to lead and assist the members of his team and guide his clients through planning for retirement and beyond.

John is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp and is now a senior member of Indiana’s 2nd Congressional District’s Military Service Academy Nominations Committee - providing recommendations to congressional representatives for the outstanding young men and women seeking appointments to the respective service academies. Additionally, John has served on the Finance Committee and Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Michiana, and on the board for the RMHC National Investment Committee. John and his family have been actively involved in service with community organizations, including varsity and club athletics, fine arts, and financial education assistance programs.
