Debbie is an experienced financial professional with over 40 years of experience in wealth management. She began her career at a prominent financial planning firm in Westchester County, where she quickly discovered her passion for building deep, personal relationships with clients. This passion led her to co-found 10-15 Associates in 1986 alongside her husband, Mike DeMatteo. The firm, known for its client-first philosophy and commitment to independent, high-quality investment management, was acquired by Wealth Enhancement Group in 2020.
Throughout her career, Debbie has been a dedicated mentor to emerging advisors and portfolio managers, sharing her knowledge and guiding the next generation of financial professionals. She continues to counsel clients with care and integrity, always prioritizing their goals and well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Debbie is deeply committed to her family, health, and community. She enjoys cooking, staying active, and traveling. Most of all, she cherishes time spent with her husband, their three children, and grandchildren.
