With 20 years of experience in personal financial planning, Bill has the knowledge and experience to help his clients make smart financial decisions. He takes an educational approach to financial planning, continually breaking down complex issues to make them easier to understand. He strives to know his clients well, understand their needs, and design and implement specific strategies for each one.

Bill graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Finance and minor in Economics. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Retirement Income Certified Professional®. Bill is a nine-time award winner (2013 - 2021) on Barron’s magazine’s “Top Financial Advisors” list,2 a ranking that places him among the top financial advisors in Minnesota. He is also a 10-year winner (2012 - 2021) of the FIVE STAR Wealth Manager award as noted in Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business magazine.3

He resides in Woodbury, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
