Hailey is the Operations Manager for the Van Rensum office at Wealth Enhancement Group, bringing over seven years of experience in the financial services industry. She oversees daily operations, supports advisors, and ensures a seamless client experience through her strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Hailey is dedicated to maintaining efficient workflows and upholding the firm’s high standards of service. 

Outside of work, Hailey enjoys being out on the water, tackling DIY projects, and going on long walks with her Goldendoodle, Peaches.
