Allan Ottens is a certified public accountant and has been working at public accounting firms for over 40 years. He graduated from California State University at Long Beach with a degree in accounting and has been with the Putman team since 2008.
Allan lives in Huntington Beach California and has been happily married for over forty years. Allan enjoys playing handball and traveling.
