A policy with much better conversion options might not cost much more than a policy with limited options. This can be especially helpful if you develop a health condition before you discover that you need coverage for longer than originally expected.
“For an extra $5 per month, you could buy a policy with better conversion options,” he says. “We all know people get curveballs and their health changes through life.”
