That experience didn’t just shape his understanding of the industry — it gave him a deep appreciation for what makes a firm truly stand out. Michael and his significant other have a young daughter and live in Brentwood, Tennessee. His family is the heartbeat of everything he does. Michael grew up on a tobacco farm, surrounded by a strong, hardworking family who led by example, never complaining, always showing up. That foundation shaped his values and work ethic, and it continues to influence how he shows up for others today. When he’s not in the office, he practices martial arts, enjoys hiking and pursues wilderness archery hunting. He is a proud supporter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, an organization dedicated to conservation and preserving our natural heritage. He also serves as a mentor with the Think2Perform Research Institute, which helps shape the next generation of leaders in our schools and communities.
