About
Steven has over 35 years of experience in investment management, financial planning, and business consulting. He initially taught economics, pursuing his PhD at the University of Texas before entering the business world. As a legacy partner of the Financial Advisory Group since 1997, he previously served as Chairman of the Investment Committee before joining Wealth Enhancement Group in 2024.
Steven is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), having served as president of the South Region of this self-regulatory, fee-only financial planning organization.
Steven is married to his wife, Denise, and has twin adult boys. He enjoys spending time with his four young step children in Austin, golfing, and traveling to faraway places. He passionately helps others through his involvement in many charitable organizations and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Seven Acres Senior Care Center. He is also a past Treasurer and current member of the Board of Advisors for the Holocaust Museum, Houston.
