About
Emily has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been practicing as an advisor since 2010 with a focus on developing long-term, personal relationships with her clients. She works closely with individuals and families facing life transitions with a specific focus on financial and retirement income planning.
Emily grew up in Charlotte and is a graduate of Charlotte Country Day School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication and a minor in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Prior to Wealth Enhancement, she worked for Bank of America, Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Morgan Keegan and Raymond James. Emily helped co-host the 2015 and 2016 seasons of Common-Sense Retirement with Kris Carroll on Charlotte’s News Talk 1110 WBT and contributed to 107.9 The Link’s weekly podcast HER Money with Sheri Lynch and Kris Carroll.
She is a member of the national chapter of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) and volunteers with several community organizations, including Safe Alliance and Bit of Hope Ranch. Emily and her husband Jonathan live in Dilworth where you might find them walking, working in their yard or playing tennis.
