Brian began his career in retail banking in 2010. Over the years, he has held various roles as a VP Financial Advisor, investment officer, investment solutions representative, regional sales director — and his current position as a financial advisor with the Cardan Team at Wealth Enhancement.

Jimmy has over 15 years of experience working in the wealth management and advisory industry as a financial analyst and financial planner. He holds both the CFA® and CFP® designations, as a sign of commitment to delivering the highest standard of service in both investment management and financial planning.

David has had a diverse and international career, spanning education, technology, banking and wealth management. He has been involved in wealth management since 2017, with a focus on investment management for clients. David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Colorado Society. He received a master’s in finance from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

Matt has been advising corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families for more than 25 years. He has a lifelong interest in the global financial markets and economy, developing a broad and deep understanding of the myriad factors that drive investment performance. Matt also focuses on managing the team’s model portfolios and creating custom asset allocation strategies for our clients.

Patrick enjoys talking with clients about their investment portfolios and understanding what level of risk is necessary to pursue their goals. From a planning perspective, Patrick focuses on the goals of the client at every stage of life with a focus on risk and tax management.

Jay began his career with Price Waterhouse in New York, working as an auditor while earning his MBA in both accounting and finance and earning his CPA license. As a fluent speaker of German and French, Jay transferred to Zurich, Switzerland where he worked on a due diligence assignment assessing the value of a small investment management practice. This experience led to Jay’s interest in a career in investing.

Ed has provided financial services for more than 30 years. He joined his previous firm, QCI Asset Management, in 1992 and became a principal in 1994. In 2021, QCI joined forces with Wealth Enhancement Group and Ed was named Managing Director of the Rochester, NY-based QCI Team. He manages the overall investment process and equity research effort for the team, as well as contributes as an equity research analyst and serves as a senior portfolio manager.

With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Jerry works closely with both institutional and individual clients to create portfolios tailored to meet his clients’ specific needs. As a leader of the QCI Team, he works directly with the investment committee to develop investment strategy and determine asset allocation for both separately managed accounts and consulting client portfolios. Jerry joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2021 through the QCI acquisition.

Colby started his career in New York City on JPMorgan’s Institutional Foreign Exchange sales desk before relocating to the Rochester area where he worked at Manning & Napier Advisors and Armbruster Capital Management. A CFA Charterholder, Colby’s professional success and significant civic contributions were recognized when he was honored as one of the Rochester Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” award winners in 2018.

Tim provides clients with ongoing, comprehensive wealth management strategies and financial guidance while delivering personalized service. He develops strategies designed to preserve assets, plan for retirement, and fund education. Tim works with individual and business clients to establish their financial goals and objectives. He then creates and manages portfolios to help meet those goals. Tim joined Wealth Enhancement Group in 2020 through the SVA Financial Group acquisition.
