It is a unique team-based approach has been engrained in our organization from the very beginning and continues to be the building blocks of our firm’s and clients’ success. The Roundtable enables our financial advisors to share information and best practices with each other to ensure the best solution has been determined.
How The Roundtable Works
During the first and third week of each month, financial advisors and planners meet to evaluate their client cases and determine effective solutions. For each case, the Roundtable reviews the client’s financial situation (with identities hidden), and then proposes expert solutions for the client’s financial goals.
The depth of experience in all financial planning areas of our team is what sets us apart. Members of the Roundtable include certified public accountants, certified financial planners, the director of investment management and advisors that hold extensive knowledge in estate planning, risk management and insurance, among other areas.
In addition, the Roundtable creates a unique learning environment that promotes facilitation with each other. The planning and coaching components of the program give individual advisors and team members the right tools to increase their knowledge and proficiency in certain areas – creating more experienced advisors.
