Senior Strategic Marketing Manager

Description:
An ideal candidate for this position will possess marketing, analytical and managerial experience with notable interpersonal savvy and strategic thinking skills. Highly motivated candidates with demonstrated skill sets in strategic marketing and implementation, branding strategy, large project planning, market analysis, and post project implementation analysis. This highly visible role offers candidates an opportunity to engage in business development activities, work closely with senior management, vendor relationship management, and channel marketing experience. The Strategic Marketing Manager will:

  1. Interface effectively with internal and external customers to determine immediate and future opportunities
  2. Develop and write strategic business and marketing plans
  3. Bridge customer feedback requirements with internal capabilities to develop new opportunities
  4. Establish partner relationships to create mutually-beneficial programs to increase revenue
  5. Create tools for evaluating new marketing opportunities to effectively communicate viability with senior management
  6. Cultivate relationships with product carriers to maximize marketing opportunities

Position Requirements:

  1. BS/BA degree required
  2. Minimum 5+ years marketing or strategic planning experience
  3. Market/Product development experience desirable
  4. Strong analytical skills are important
  5. Presentation skills
  6. Experience presenting and discussing strategies with senior management
  7. Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity
  8. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills a must

Education/Certifications Requirements:

  2. 3-5 years Financial Services Industry Experience (Insurance or Investment Product experience a plus)

Client Service Associate (CSA)
Description:
Assists the Client Service Manager (CSM) and Financial Advisor (FA) in making the clients’ transfer to Wealth Enhancement Group comfortable and efficient. Occasionally meets with clients to explain the process of the move to Wealth Enhancement Group. Provides detailed and accurate summaries to the client regarding what paperwork is needed to establish accounts. Troubleshoots for any problems that arise with regards to clients’ accounts. Serves as a contact person for client. Provides any necessary assistance to the CSM and takes direction from them.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Position Requirements:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of staff.
  2. Ability to work as a team member.
  3. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, FDP (CRM software) and NetExchangePro (trading software).
  4. Ability to prioritize work flow and projects.
  5. Excellent organizational skills.
  6. Good problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to work in a deadline environment and to be flexible under pressure.
  9. Strong attention to detail.

Education/Certifications Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma (two-year degree, finance or business a plus)
  2. One year business experience

Preferred Experience

  1. Previous experience working in financial planning field.
  2. Previous customer service experience.
  3. Insurance licensure: life, health and variable annuity.
  4. Series 7 & 63 or 7 & 66.

Client Service Manager (CSM)
Description:
Responsible for assisting Financial Advisor (FA) in making the clients’ transfer to Wealth Enhancement Group comfortable and efficient. Meets with clients and explains the process of the move to Wealth Enhancement Group. A CSM provides detailed and accurate summaries to the client regarding what paperwork is needed to establish accounts. Troubleshoots any problems that arise with regard to clients’ accounts. Serves as main contact person for clients. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Manages the service delivery activity and work flow on the FA team. Manages the responsibilities of the Client Service Associate (CSA) and administrative associates on the team, if applicable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assists the FA during client meetings.
  2. Aids with preparation of plans (Profiles and Strategies), as needed.
  3. Serves as primary liaison between client and FA.
  4. Serves the client by filling out paperwork and following up on the transfer of funds from the surrendering company to the receiving company. Answers any questions regarding the transfer process. Troubleshoots the various problems that arise from the transfer process.
  5. Researches and follows up on any outstanding issues.
  6. Assists the client in making additional deposits or withdrawals from their accounts as well as other service-related requests.
  7. Performs trades as directed by the client or FA (only if licensed). Follows up on the trades to make sure they are executed properly.
  8. Reports the buys and sells by recording the transactions in the daily sales blotter.
  9. Updates the daily commission blotter.
  10. Maintains organized client files and the working environment.
  11. Gathers data and prepares summary reports for the FA for use in the client reviews. Coordinates with planners if financial plan update is required.
  12. Serves as main contact for client questions.
  13. Maintains Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database.
  14. Monitors work flow of the CSA (if applicable).
  15. Assists in the performance review process of CSAs on the team (if applicable).

Position Requirements:

  1. One to three years industry experience.
  2. Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels of staff.
  3. Ability to work as a team member.
  4. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, FDP (CRM software) and NetExchangePro (trading software).
  5. Ability to prioritize work flow and projects.
  6. Excellent organizational skills.

Senior VP – Financial Advisor
Description:

Help clients achieve their financial goals. Provide client service that exceeds the client’s expectations. Meet company objectives for sales growth, client retention and customer service quality.

Responsibilities:

To provide exceptional financial advice, financial plans and an annual review of status for clients assisting the client in pursuing the achievement of their financial goals. Provide leadership and mentor sales team members so that advice and services are provided in a manner that meets all of the expectations communicated to the client (high quality). Create a client relationship and environment where clients will continue to have trust in Wealth Enhancement Group, will prefer doing business with us, will grow that business and will refer new clients to us.

Position Requirements:

  1. Compensation: Straight sales commission on team sales.
  2. Must posses excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills (both oral & written).
  3. Must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage clients and team members effectively.

  1. Requires a four-year degree in business, finance or economics (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Five or more years of experience in all areas of individual financial planning. 
  3. Advanced designation desirable (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.).
  4. Series 7, 66 and insurance licenses.
