Roger Arnold

Executive Vice President, Chief Distribution Officer

Roger brings over 30 years of industry experience, including a variety of management roles at life insurance and financial services organizations. Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement Group, Roger worked for a large Fortune 500 financial services membership organization. In this position, Roger led and implemented a new distribution channel, as well as other successful programs, including practice management, sales coaching and field leadership training. Roger holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota.
